Q: What are your office hours?

A: Uniquely Yoga Boutique operating hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. Any messages received outside of operating hours, will receive a response the following business day. 

Q: What is your Return Policy? 

A: We hope you love your new leggings more than anything. But, if for some reason they are not everything that you dreamed of, return shipping is on us! We offer a simple 14 day return policy for refunds and 30 days for exchanges. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please email your request (including order number and reason for return) to returns@uniquelyyoga.com to request a pre-paid return shipping label. 

Once we send you your pre-paid return label, you can take the package to your local post office for shipping. 

* Be sure to get a receipt from the post office when you drop off the package, so that should anything get lost in shipment, you can prove that you did your part and shipped it out.  We cannot be responsible for any mistakes that the post office makes, so if you would like to insure the package, please do so yourself when you drop it off. 

All returns/exchanges must be unwashed, unworn and have all tags attached. Returns/exchanges are processed within 7-14 days of receipt. 

Refund will be issued after the returned item has been received back into our facility.

For exchanges, please include your new product requested in the email. Your replacement product will ship upon our receipt of your returned product.

Q: How long until my order is shipped? 

A: All orders will ship out of our facility within 7 business days. Usually they ship within 1-3, but sometimes it takes awhile to do all of the happy pants dances to celebrate each of the orders!  (if you have never seen a happy pants dance, its kind of a wiggle to the left, spin to the right, jump up and down, and sing a little song... you get the picture. We think every customer deserves to have one done in their honor :) 

You will get an order confirmation when the order is placed and a separate email with shipping notification and tracking number. 

Q: What does shipping cost? 

USA - $6 Flat Rate via USPS 1st Class/Priority 

INTERNATIONAL - $20 via USPS 1st Class Package

Q: Do you Ship Internationally? 

A: Yes we do. We love spreading the love of yoga pants across the globe :) There are a few extra post office rules we have to abide by though, so please read the following carefully before placing your order: 

All international orders (including Canada) must submit phone number at the time of checkout. Shipping times can vary widely internationally. Delays are always possible. 

Please note that international orders may be subject to applicable customs and import fees.

For international buyers, any additional tariffs, VATs, import fees, or similar, are the buyer's responsibility, upon the item's delivery. We are required by law to declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees. Please be aware of your country's policies before you place your order.


Q: I received an email saying that my leggings are delivered, but there is nothing in the mailbox!

A: Possibility 1- Check see if  a roommate or family member may have brought in the mail and failed to notify you that they got your package. (This happens more than you would think :D) 

Possibility 2 -  once in awhile, the post office will mark a package delivered when they leave the facility, rather than when it is actually put in the mailbox, and then run out of time for the day before they actually get it to the mailbox. Best way to see if this is what happened is to simply wait and see if it arrives the day after you got the email. 

If it still doesn't arrive the next day, then the best next step would be for you to contact your local post office, and give them the tracking number. They may have some additional insight for you, as to why it says delivered but doesn't actually seem to be.

Q: How do your sizes run?

Please note that our leggings are made with high quality compression fabrics, so they tend to run small. If you are between sizes and/or unsure what size to get, we recommend going up.

Q. I can't figure out where to enter my discount code when paying with Paypal

A.  In order to use a discount code when checking out, you must ignore the first "pay with paypal" button, and instead click on "go to checkout." This will take you to a screen where you enter your shipping info, and you will see an option on the right side to enter a discount code. Then, instead of entering your credit card info on the left, you can see an option directly below that section where you can check "pay with paypal" instead of using a credit card. This will take you back to the paypal login, with discount included!

Q. I have a free shipping code, but when I enter it via mobile checkout, it doesn't appear to be doing anything. 

A. On mobile devices, shipping will not be calculated until after you complete the shipping address portion of checkout. Until you enter your shipping address, checkout considers your shipping cost to be $0, and thus entering the discount does nothing for your total. However, once you enter your shipping info, your shopping cart will be updated and you will be able to see where the free shipping promo has been applied.
